Description
The Story
Also known as Atlantic, African or Moroccan cedar, the Atlas cedar is called the 'gentle giant': it grows up to 140 feet tall, with blue-green needles and cone-shaped fruit. Both gentle and strong, it has been grown across North Africa and the Middle East for centuries.
Benefits
- Mind — A warm, steady scent that helps ease stress and tension and brings a sense of inner calm, security and focus, especially in times of change.
- Meditation — Deeply grounding; a favourite for meditation and mindfulness blends.
- Skin & Hair — Purifying in diluted blends; helps oily, congested and dull-looking skin look clearer and more balanced.
- Massage & Breathing — Like other conifer oils, it feels clearing and comforting in massage blends and steam.
- Natural Perfume — A classic base note and fixative in men's colognes, and lovely in women's blends too.
How to Use
Diffuse on its own, or add a few drops to a carrier oil for massage. Always dilute before applying to skin.
Tips
