Freshly Made, Carefully Dispatched

At BEI`CARE, every skincare product is freshly blended in small batches once your order is placed.
We don’t keep large inventories — this ensures you receive products at their freshest and most effective state.
Because of this, please allow a short preparation period before dispatch.

• Fresh Preparation Time: 2–7 business days after order confirmation

• Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

• Courier Partner: NZ Post / CourierPost

• Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Urban areas: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Rural addresses: 3–5 working days

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If your order contains both fresh skincare and accessory items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on product readiness.

Packaging & Care

Each order is packed with eco-friendly materials — kraft boxes, recyclable wrapping, and a little touch of warmth.
Our goal is to make every parcel feel like a small, gentle gift — a reminder to slow down and enjoy your “ME time”.

Important Notes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

• BEI`CARE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

• If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the package.
