Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with BEI`CARE.
Each of our skin care products is freshly made or carefully selected with attention to quality, safety, and care.
Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy below.


1. Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 10 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.


2. Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

Several categories of products cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature:

  • Freshly made skincare and body care products – handcrafted in small batches with minimal or no chemical preservatives.
    For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns once dispatched.

  • Opened or used skincare items (e.g. creams, hydrosols, essential oils, balms, serums)

  • Downloadable or digital products, including e-tickets, online courses, and workshop guides

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

  • Perishable or custom-formulated goods

  • Health and personal care items that have been opened

  • Workshops, classes, or aromatherapy sessions (see section 5 below)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or third-party supplier.


3. Partial Refunds 

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • An item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • An item returned more than 10 days after delivery

  • A skincare accessory or tool showing minor cosmetic damage from shipping but still functional (we may issue a partial refund or store credit)


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


5. Freshly Made Products & Workshop Services

  • All freshly made skincare products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once shipped, as they are handcrafted and customized for freshness.
    However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or partial refund.

  • Workshops, private sessions, and courses are non-refundable once booked.
    You may reschedule once if you contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
    You are also welcome to transfer your booking to another person.


6. Cancellations

Orders for freshly made skincare can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after the order is received.


7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at bli@beicare.co.nz before sending it back.


9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a digital gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


10. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email or contact us first. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take several business days for your refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing time may vary.
